Junior Productions
Ages 10-12
What is a Junior Production?
Want to be in a show?! Jr. Productions are the ultimate musical theatre package and focus on fully staging and performing a musical! This class covers all aspects of getting a show on its feet and showcases your triple threat talent!
You will get to experience auditioning with your class, working on harmonies, rehearsing as a team, and performing for friends & family at the Village Theatre in Danville!
Do I have to audition?
Nope! There is no audition needed to be a part of our Junior Productions, all you need to do is sign up! Your teacher will guide you through a fun audition process once classes have begun in order to assign your role in the show!
How do I join?
Open enrollment takes place twice a year when our classes are announced for the Spring or Fall Sessions. You can sign up during the months of June - August for the Fall Show or November-December for the Spring Show!
Micaela is our Junior Production Director! She directs, choreographs, and vocal directs all of ICDT!'s Jr. Productions! She has multiple years of experience in directing with additional

expertise in guitar, teaching, performing, and more! Micaela helps introduce students to the fundamentals of musical theatre, and leads them onto the stage with confidence!
When are rehearsals & performances?
FALL SESSION: Rehearsals for the Fall Jr. Production run from August to December with a performance Mid-December.

SPRING SESSION: Rehearsals for the Spring Jr. Production run from January to May with a performance early May.

There will be two separate Junior Casts who will meet twice per week either on Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday. Rehearsal times are always from 3:45 - 5:45pm.
